The official submission entry window has closed. You can view your current submissions or check your summary receipts below, but modifying titles or uploading new files has been disabled.
Entrants can submit to either the Amateur OR Open categories. Simultaneously submitting to both is strictly prohibited. Submissions inside Nature, Travel, and Mobile remain open to all entrants regardless of their primary category.
All submissions must be in JPEG / JPG format only, with a maximum file size of 2 MB per image. Dimensions must not exceed 1920 pixels horizontally and 1080 pixels vertically. Max 4 images per section.
Image titles must not exceed 25 characters including spaces. Every image uploaded across all sections must have a unique title. Generic titles such as "Untitled" or "No Title" are strictly rejected. Titles must be in **English only**.

Threshold Cutoff Analytics become active only after the active Judging Phase concludes (during the **Awarding Round**). Ensure all jurists have finished evaluating before adjusting cutoffs.

This panel displays all awarded and accepted photographs in their sequence order, together with small image thumbnails, scores, and medal/special award tags. Note that these are only generated when results are published/locked.
Perform data clearing, database purges, and system state resets. Actions in this panel are permanent and cannot be undone.
Permanently deletes all participant registrations, uploaded photographs, verification documents, and payment slip records. Does not delete judge accounts.
Deletes all scores, evaluations, and favorites assigned to images by judges. Retains entrants, submissions, and judge profiles in their original state.
Clears all Gold/Silver/Bronze medals, merit awards, and custom special awards assigned to artworks. Does not delete scores, submissions, or user accounts.
Permanently deletes all judge accounts, profile details, and category assignments from the system. No default judge profiles are restored.
Resets global scoring thresholds back to default parameters (24/27) and deletes all category-specific thresholds. Does not affect scores, submissions, or awards.
This option completely deletes all database collections/localStorage records (entrants, submissions, scores, awards, stage status, and custom settings) and resets the entire competition to a fresh, default launch state. All current work will be permanently deleted.
Assign assistant administrator accounts to help manage submissions, payments, and verify certificates under supervision. Supervisors have limited access and cannot modify stages, edit thresholds, finalize awards, or perform system resets.
